ALEXEI BORISOV

• Alexei Borisov was born in Moscow 1960. Graduated from Moscow State University (History).
• 1980-1981 - guitarist of "Centr" -the first Russian new wave band.
• 1981-1984 - vocalist/guitarist of "Prospekt" - Moscow mod band.
• 1985. Organized (with Ivan Sokolovsky) the first Russian techno/industrial band - "Notchnoi Prospekt". In the 80-s "Notchnoi Prospeckt" gained the status of cult band in Russia. Borisov is still working with "Notchnoi Prospeckt", periodicaly recording and playing concerts. Also works solo, making music for video, movies, multimedia. Works as a DJ in clubs and on radio.
• Since 1992 - the member of F.R.U.I.T.S. duo (With P. Jagun).
• Since 1994 makes music for the performances of moscow art-group "SEVER" (NORTH).
• Since 1996 takes part in the projects of Anton Nikkila, finish electronic musician.
• Since May 1997 takes part in Serguei Letov's big project "ALTERNATIVA".
• Since 1997 - the producer of ethno-experimental project "VOLGA".
• Since 1998 - active member of "Electric Future" concert movement.
• Since 1999- cooperation with moscow multimedia artists Aristarch Chernishov and Vladislav Efimov.
